I’m An Importer/Producer. Can I Offer My Coffee On Your Site?

Our suppliers must meet our transparency and equitability standards prior to offering their coffee in our marketplace. If you’re a supplier of green coffee with the ability to import coffee into US, and are committed to transparency and equitability in your value chain; please contact us to begin the conversation!

Can I Change My Ship Date?

Your ship date can be changed anytime prior to 3 days from the scheduled ship date. Ship dates can be changed once for free; including moving up your ship date, or delaying a shipment for a maximum of 14 days. Delaying shipment longer than 14 days, or changing ship dates more than once for the same coffee may result in a fee.

Can I Return My Coffee?

We stand by all of our coffees and are committed to your satisfaction. If your shipment has arrived in good condition but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 15 days of your ship date. In many circumstances unopened bags can be returned and refunded. Unfortunately shipping costs, including return shipping costs, can not be refunded. See our return policy for additional details.

Do You Offer Terms?

We offer free credit card payments in lieu of terms. Net 30 is the industry standard, and most credit cards have a built-in 30 day grace period before finance charges accrue. Put your orders on your card and rack up those miles & points!

Can I Reserve Coffee Before It Arrives In The US?

Yes! We are pleased to offer pre-booking on all of our coffees that have yet to arrive in the States. Pre-booking is an essential tool for ensuring that you get the scarcest, most sought-after lots. When your coffee is ready to export, we require a reasonable deposit in order to initiate the contract and reserve the coffee. The deposit is non-refundable, and will be fully credited to the total when the last your coffee is purchased. This process helps protect our suppliers in case the sale falls through.

Can I Schedule Deliveries Or Place Orders On A Delivery Spread?

Yes! We are pleased to offer delivery-spread contracts on all of our coffees. Delivery-spread contracts are intended for established buyers with strong track records. A prepayment of storage and carry fees may be required in order to initiate the contract and reserve the coffee. This prepayment is non-refundable, and will not be credited if you get ahead of your contract or take possession of the coffee sooner than expected. We can also schedule and auto-ship orders to accommodate your preferences.

Why Hasn’t My Order Shipped?

Orders can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on the location and warehouse. Combined shipments from multiple suppliers can occasionally take longer to ship, but we strive to ensure that all orders we receive are shipped promptly. If an order is taking longer to ship than you’re expecting, please feel free to contact us.

Do You Charge For Samples?

Our marketplace is designed for commercial roasters, and professional green coffee buyers. In general, we stick to the industry standard of providing green samples to our buyers free of charge. In return, we simply ask that you provide feedback about the sample after you cup it so that we can share this information with the rest of the value chain.

What Size Are Your Samples?

Samples of Spot coffees are generally 300 grams. Pre-ship samples are generally smaller due to limited quantities. You will be asked to specify your minimum sample size when requesting samples.
