Your ship date can be changed anytime prior to 3 days from the scheduled ship date. Ship dates can be changed once for free; including moving up your ship date, or delaying a shipment for a maximum of 14 days. Delaying shipment longer than 14 days, or changing ship dates more than once for the same coffee may result in a fee.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on the location and warehouse. Combined shipments from multiple suppliers can occasionally take longer to ship, but we strive to ensure that all orders we receive are shipped promptly.
